Seniors Lead Warriors to 5-4 Win over WVW

May 9 - Seniors Ron Klepadlo, Kody Nowicki, and Kyle Colarusso led the way in a 5-4 victory over the Spartans on Senior Parent Day. Klepadlo pitched 5 1/3 strong innings with underclassman Dylan Maloney finishing the game off to get the win. The Spartans tied the game at 4 in the top of the sixth. Nowicki singled, then made it to second on a failed pickoff attempt. Nowicki then stole third with one out. Kyle Colarusso then singled in the go ahead run. Dylan Maloney shut down the Spartans in the top of the 7th to win the game. Seniors Chris Murphy, PJ Bone, Randy McDermott, Dustin Harris, and Ryan Carey also added hits for the Warriors. Sophomore Trent Grove added a double.
